Vinification begins by cold pre- maceration to bring out the red fruit flavours. Vinify Grenache and Syrah grapes together to obtain optimal roundness of the tannins.
Tasting Notes:
A warm, powerful wine combining flavours of mild spices, black olives and stone fruits. Ample and supple, with velvety tannins.
