Region: Crozes-Hermitage Grape Varieties: Syrah Vinification : The harvest is entirely performed by hand, de-stemmed and crushed Fermentation for 12 to 15 days at controlled temperature to preserve aromas. Pumping over three times a day. Wine is racked off and undergoes malolactic fermentation. Ageing in vats, then bottled around 12 months after harvesting. Tasting Notes: Deep violet, almost opaque. With liquorice and spicy notes that are unique to the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. On the palate, smooth and lively at the same time with a superb length.

Winery Story 

The Rhône Valley's history is deeply tied to its river, which once rushed violently from the Alps, carrying rocks downstream. Over time, these stones were polished and transported south, forming the smooth "galets" that now symbolize the Southern Rhône.
