Region: Cotes du Rhone, France Grape Varieties : Grenach, Syrah Vinification: Each grape variety is vinified separately. 18 to 22 days of maceration. Pumping over twice a day. Maceration and fermentation are maintained between 28 and 30°C to favour the extraction of the finest aromas. Vegan wine. Tasting Notes : Deep purple-red, very bright. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits and garrigue herbs, with a hint of black pepper. Full, lively structure and a savory finish.

Winery Story

The Rhône Valley's history is deeply tied to its river, which once rushed violently from the Alps, carrying rocks downstream. Over time, these stones were polished and transported south, forming the smooth "galets" that now symbolize the Southern Rhône.
