Raised in oak barrels and on lees for 5 months. 1,688 bottles per year. Organic practice. Tasting Notes: Powerfully combined with finesse and an inspiring freshness. A mineral nose and palate, with white flowers and honey. This wine will age well over time.

Winery Story

La Celestiere is located on several terroirs in the heart of the ancient Châteauneuf du Pape villages. Many of their vines are close to 100 years old. The winery is now one of the most modern domaines in Châteauneuf du Pape, and all vineyard work is done by organic practices. The winery has received extremely positive feedback from wine connoisseurs since re-launched in 2009. The wine style is prominent, pure, fruit-forward and full of complexity.
