Region: Champagne Grape Varieties:  80% Chardonnay,  20% Pinot Noir Alcohol: 12% Vinification:  The grapes come from the best places of the Côte des Blancs, around 80% from plots classified as Premiers Crus, dominantly from Vertus and 20% from plots classified as Grands Crus. 40% are from reserved wines kept in small oak casks. 7 months on lees before the bottling process, with minimal sulphur use. Biodynamic Practice. Tasting Notes: A fresh and fruity champagne, with a perfect balance of liveliness and freshness. A great tasting moment.

Winery Story

The Clos Faubourg de Notre-Dame, a monopoly of the Fourny family since 1930, is a rarity in the Champagne region and ranks among the ten most prestigious enclosed vineyards in Champagne. From an exceptional and distinct terroir, the vintage reveals the perfect interaction between its optimal exposure, micro-climate, and its unique chalky subsoil. A few hundred bottles of the 2014 Blanc de Blancs vintage are available.
