Vinification:
Made using the passerillage method. Their thick skins retain the sugars while preventing rot. They are harvested successively in November and December, concentrated and ready to press. It is fermented and aged in oak barrels. Biodynamic Certified
Tasting Notes:
A golden color. The nose is on hints of lime blossom, tangerine and peach. On the palate, the attack is frank. Well structured, it has a good balance between sugar and acidity, lots of freshness.
