Region: Champagne Grape Varieties:  80% Chardonnay,  20% Pinot Noir Alcohol: 12% Size: 1.5 L (Magnum) Vinification:  The grapes come from the best places of the Côte des Blancs, around 80% from plots classified as Premiers Crus, dominantly from Vertus and 20% from plots classified as Grands Crus. 40% are from reserved wines kept in small oak casks. 7 months on lees before the bottling process, with minimal sulphur use. Biodynamic Practice. Tasting Notes: A fresh and fruity champagne, with a perfect balance of liveliness and freshness. A great tasting moment.
